At SpectaCross, we understand that it’s just not fair that riders like you have to compete against younger riders. Really, you don’t stand a chance against racers that are almost nine months, 3 days and 18 hours younger than you. And how can you win if there are faster riders in the same class? And what about those arbitrary weight divisions in the Clydesdale classes? It’s not your fault that you weigh 50 pounds more than those other Clydesdales; you have a lot of responsibilities and if you didn’t eat those donuts you’d never eat any breakfast at all.
Well at the New Jersey State Fair SpectaCross, we’re all about “Fair” (we’re so fair, it’s even in our name). So even if you’re not fast enough to win the Garden State Open, you can still taste SpectaCross glory in the BikeClicks Classy “Class(sic)” by defining your own class! Are you a 36-37 249-pound Clydesdale Sport Left-Handed Bald Guy who can’t win because other races don’t offer your class? We do have your class! Are you a 50+ Masters rider who’s not named “Fred”? We have a class for you! Just make sure your class is creative, defined by at least two parameters and has no more than one name.
That’s right, you can define your class so that you can proudly tell everybody you are the New Jersey State SpectaCross Champion.
-Only in the BikeClicks.com Classy “Class(sic)” at the New Jersey State Fair SpectaCross, where we take racing seriously, but aren’t afraid to have some serious fun-
(Don’t tell anybody, but you can also poach on somebody by entering their personal, custom-designed class and trying to beat them at their own game. How much fun is that?)
