The Friday Night Sprints are back; all-out 20-minute efforts that will have you screaming for less!  Like all SpectaCross races, each sprint will be seeded by your CrossResults.com ranking, but you choose the heat in which you want to compete; the later the race, the faster the competition.  And since it’s Friday night, if you get delayed at work, you can join a later, faster heat when you arrive (as long as there’s room).  Winners get a little bit of money and a few extra poker cards for the Poker Cross that follows the Sprints.
